Michelle has helped me with my fitness training for over a year now. As she is trained in various different disciplines she adapts your planned session according to your needs. For example I was undertaking some running coaching with Michelle but was struggling with tight muscles. We changed our sessions to Pilates based exercises so I was able to stretch instead of trying to work through the pain and cause further injury.

I initially observed Michelle training other clients and was impressed by her persistent attention to posture. Suffering from a couple of repetitive injuries myself I knew that I had to be careful when I worked or I could end up being totally out of action.
With Michelle training me I know that I am not going to exacerbate my injuries and in fact with consist careful exercise I have noticed am improvement.

Michelle’s own dedicated and carefully structured approach to her training and wellbeing provides a solid basis for her personal training work and provides an excellent “shop window”.
She finds out what each client’s goals are and will devise a programme to suit both short term and longer term goals and even discuss bigger lifestyle changes. Michelle takes time to find out about the person and works through the areas they like and dislike and helps them discover what they want to achieve and how to sustain it. She will devise a programme to suit the current fitness level of the trainee and make the sessions challenging, interesting, enjoyable and over time help reach new fitness targets as well as help set new challenges.
She helps set realistic goals and her genuine care and interest in people achieving these make her a special personal trainer. I have recently attended Michelle’s Pilates classes and she has made a big impact on the way I approach my own core exercises by introducing new and alternative methods that make a positive difference and hit the right spots to promote better, functional movement.
