Can I call you to chat through any questions I have about personal training ? Yes of course! Personal training is about you and is more than just a physical workout so please feel free to call me between 8am - 8pm . Leave a message if I'm busy and Ill get back to you.
What if I haven't exercised for a while ? No problem we work at a pace which is comfortable for you working to achieve your fitness goals together.
Can I share my sessions with a friend or relative to split the cost ? Yes ! I have a lot of experience working with couples , partners and friends .Partner workouts are a great way of helping each other to achieve your goals and supporting each other through a session.
What happens if I am unwell for one of the sessions ? No problem , please call me 24 hrs before your session to cancel and we can reschedule it for when your feeling better.
How many sessions do I need to book ? Your fitness , your way ! Book 1 to 2 sessions per week or 1 session per month, make your sessions work for you.
