My name is Michelle Louise and I am a Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor in the Bournemouth area. I am passionate about helping people to achieve there fitness goals .I am committed to providing support and guidance for every aspect of your fitness journey . I deliver client centred personal training and believe in going that extra mile to understand my clients ,their needs and any barriers they may have.
I work as a fitness instructor with both individuals , couples and friends, who would like to train together on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period. I work with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully.
